Babysitter
With advance notice, our reception staff can locate a babysitter for your children.
Bar
The bar is located in the lobby and it is open all year round, 24 hours a day. Please order at reception.
When we are very busy we also open a bar in the Azimuth Room.
Dalak Bar & Grill
The Dalak Bar is in the gardens surrounding the pool area and is open in the summertime.
It provides bar service from 10:00am to 7:00pm and from 8:30pm to 11:30pm.
Lunch service is from 12:45pm to 3:00pm.
Beach
The hotel has special arrangements with the best beach establishments in the city that offer a special discount to our guests. Please contact reception for more information. We also offer a free shuttle service to and from the beach.
Bicycles
The hotel offers a bike rental service, a bike storage room complete with a maintenance area. and many other special services for cyclists. This includes trail maps (for both road and mountain bikes), equipment rental, medical and physiotherapy services, bike tour guides, etc. Please ask at reception for more information.
Breakfast
A breakfast buffet awaits you every day from 7:30am to 10:00am in our “Giardino d’Inverno” restaurant. There is also an à la carte breakfast menu available. If you would like room service, please contact reception.
Business Center
We offer photocopy, fax, e-mail, and laser printing services to our business clients. A personal computer is also available for your use with the most common programs and a high-speed internet connection. Please contact reception for any service you might require.
Car Rental or Taxi Service
Please contact reception: our staff will help you obtain car rentals with or without a driver, or book a taxi.
Check-Out
The room must be vacated by 12:00pm. If you would like to take advantage of Express Check Out, which automatically charges your credit card, please contact reception the night before.
Checks
The hotel will only accept personal checks from a current account for payment if the client accepts verification of their solvency through the Centax service, for which a service fee will be payable.
Children’s Services
The hotel offers many services for children: outdoor playground, games room, children’s menus in our restaurants, and a small kitchen area for baby food preparation. We also have cribs, changing tables, bottle warmers and nightlights available at no extra charge. On the pages that follow you will find more information on our services for entertaining families with small children.

Meeting Rooms
The hotel offers elegant and well-equipped meeting rooms, able to host up to 150 people, as well as an efficient support service to make your meeting a true success. The hotel has two parking lots: one near the reception area and another near the swimming pool. Parking is free and the lots are unsupervised. We remind you that under local law CC 1785/5 we are not responsible for the vehicles parked here, or for their contents.

Pool
The hotel has a large swimming pool, open from mid-May to October, and a sun-bathing area with deck chairs and sunbeds.
Restaurant – L’Asmara
The “L’Asmara” restaurant offers an à-la-carte menu with Ligurian and Italian specialties, as well as vegetarian options.
Our chef is able to prepare special dishes for any guests that are following a certain diet or have food allergies. Please advise the reception staff at least 8 hours in advance, specifying your dietary needs.
The restaurant is open from 12:30pm to 1:30pm and from 7:30pm to 9:00pm.
Proper, elegant dress kindly requested.
Restaurant: Summer Service
The poolside “Dalak” Grill offers restaurant service with a menu of the day, including salads, pasta, grilled meats and fish and sandwiches from 12:30pm to 2:30pm.
The “Giardino d’Inverno” restaurant offers a buffet from 7:30pm to 9:30pm.
The “Asmara” restaurant offers a traditional à-la-carte service from 7:30pm to 9:30pm.
Room Service
The hotel offers room service from 7:30am to 13:00pm and from 6:00pm to 9:00pm. Please contact reception to place your order.
Safe Deposit Box
The hotel does not accept valuables or money in direct deposit. There is a safe available for your use free of charge in your room for objects of limited value. For valuables or money not exceeding 2500.00 Euro in value, there is a free safety deposit service at the reception desk. For anything with a value over this amount, the hotel can arrange for a safe deposit box at a local bank.
Shuttle Service
The hotel offers scheduled and pre-reserved shuttle service free of charge to the beaches, to the city center, and to the train and bus stations. You can reserve this service for a fee to go to the Nice, Villanova d’Albenga or Genoa Airports.
